Once your order is ready, we will send you a manual shipping confirmation. This will include :

a) tracking number

b) documents attached to the package which includes Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Import Permit (if any) & DHL Express shipping label.

c) photo of your plants, package, paperwork attached to your package.
