Minimum of 4 Leaves

Plants shipped will have a minimum of 4 leaves and will be rooted, not cuttings.

Shipping

For shipping, I use DHL Express. Under normal circumstances, the delivery time ranges from 3-9 days. Please include your active phone number in your email or purchase note. This will be used to create the shipping label and to facilitate communication with the courier for a smoother delivery. 

Packaging

To ensure safe delivery, the following materials are used to package the plants:

1. Moist sphagnum moss and tissue paper – to wrap the roots.
2. Plastic wrap – to secure the sphagnum moss and tissue paper.
3. Dacron – to stuff each plant, reducing excessive shaking and preventing leaf damage.
4. A layer of paper – to cover the entire plant (with Dacron inside).
5. An outer layer of thick DHL Express cardboard (size 7).
6. Insulation – depending on the season or buyer requests.

Paperwork Attached to the Package

The following documents will be included with the shipment:

1. Phytosanitary Certificate (FREE)
2. Commercial Invoice (FREE)
3. Additional Declaration (stated in the Phytosanitary Certificate)
4. DHL Express Shipping Label – addressed to the destination provided in the buyer’s purchase or as agreed upon.
5. Import Permit (optional, if provided by the buyer)
6. Green and Yellow Labels (optional, if provided by the buyer)
7. Any additional paperwork requested by the buyer.

Proof of Shipment

To ensure a smooth transaction and maintain transparency, I will email the following documentation as proof of shipment:

1. Files of the original Phytosanitary Certificate and Commercial Invoice 
2. Photos of the original Phytosanitary Certificate and Commercial Invoice.
3. Photos of the package and any paperwork attached to it.
4. Photos of the plants in their condition a few hours before shipment.
